writing this letter to express my appreciation of the outstanding
service provided me by Paul Brinkley. Paul and his helpers did the
electrical work required to install a 20KW Generac generator and
transfer switch I had purchased from Home Depot. The NG hookup was
done by another contractor.

My home Generac 15KW generator failed to start after I had serviced it by changing the oil, oil filter, and air filter. Upon calling Dynamo and speaking with Linda to set up a service call, she asked me to describe the problem. After evaluating what I told her, she stated that the battery may need to be replaced and told me where I might obtain one. After replacing the battery – problem solved. So instead of simply scheduling a service call, Linda rectified the problem over the phone at no cost to me except for the price of the new battery. Very commendable!
Linda called Bobby Knowles to make sure his power had been restored (He had half power throughout his house). Mr. Knowles was very, very pleased with your prompt service call via phone. It was the outside VA Power line. He said, “Dynamo Electric would definitely be called if I need an electrician and I will recommend this company to everyone I know.”

I wanted to drop you a note and let you know that during this past snow storm, we lost power at home for 40 hours and the generator came on and worked flawlessly the entire time! Thanks for the great job and it is nice to have reliable backup.

I met with the Solar Tube folks today with Mrs. Hill and we went over what she wanted for the bath. They’ve sent me an estimate which I will share with her tomorrow and have her decide what she wants to do. I’ll call you tomorrow (Wednesday) and let you know the outcome so that you can schedule the rest of the rough in. Everything looks great! Please thank Kevin for his work and also for leaving the job so neat and clean. It’s such a small thing but it really is an important part of the job that many subs I’ve worked with do not pay attention to. Thanks for taking the extra step – it’s very appreciated. I’ll talk with the tomorrow.
