We later learned that Dominion Power had an equipment problem
which lasted about 5 hours.

James took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would fix the problem. Jennifer mentioned she has a job coming up and wanted to make sure she could request James to do the work!

Erik was wonderful and incredible. He was able to repair an old lamp of my sister's who had passed away last year, and I wanted to try to keep it. The lamp was like a jigsaw puzzle and was not easy to repair but he kept on until he did.

I am writing this letter to express my appreciation of the outstanding service provided me by Paul Brinkley. Paul and his helpers did the electrical work required to install a 20KW Generac generator and transfer switch I had purchased from Home Depot. The NG hookup was done by another contractor.

When Paul started the generator it seemed to be lacking sufficient fuel to run smoothly and up to the proper speed.
Paul did not just walk away from what was obviously a NG supply problem. After a failure by the NG contractor to fix the problem, Paul bought in a NG contractor he regularly works with and together they solved the problem which turned out to be an inadequate gas regulator.

For anyone needing electrical services, I would enthusiastically recommend DYNAMO ELECTRIC and more specifically Paul for the job.

My home Generac 15KW generator failed to start after I had serviced it by changing the oil, oil filter, and air filter. Upon calling Dynamo and speaking with Linda to set up a service call, she asked me to describe the problem. After evaluating what I told her, she stated that the battery may need to be replaced and told me where I might obtain one. After replacing the battery – problem solved. So instead of simply scheduling a service call, Linda rectified the problem over the phone at no cost to me except for the price of the new battery. Very commendable!
